1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of online courses on the use of the Blender software (rendering, animation and vegetation creation) offered on the website florenaux.eu.
2. Products offered
- A free membership giving access to introductory content
- Three paid courses, sold individually, including video modules and ready-to-use 3D models and assets
Prices displayed on the site are expressed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of any applicable taxes.
3. Order and payment
Payment is made online, at the time of order, via the payment providers Stripe or PayPal. The order is only confirmed once payment has been confirmed by the relevant provider.
4. Delivery of content
The courses are digital content. Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed, via a member account created on the site.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under consumer protection law, you are in principle entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period. However, since the courses are digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right of withdrawal ends as soon as performance of the service begins — that is, as soon as you access the course content — provided that you have:
- expressly consented to this immediate access, and
- acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
This consent is requested from you before your order is confirmed.
Since 19 June 2026, Article 11a of Directive (EU) 2023/2673 requires online sellers to provide a withdrawal button where a statutory right of withdrawal exists. This obligation does not apply here: because access to the course is only granted after you have expressly waived your right of withdrawal as described above, no statutory right of withdrawal remains once your purchase is confirmed. This is contingent on the waiver checkbox actually being presented and recorded at checkout — this should be verified against the current MemberPress checkout setup, and confirmed with a legal professional if in doubt.
6. Refunds
You may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the downloaded models, assets or other course materials for any purpose, personal or commercial. If any downloaded asset has been used in any way, no refund will be granted, regardless of how much of the video content has been watched.
Refund requests are handled manually — there is no automated refund button. To request a refund, contact renaux.florian@gmail.com within the 15-day period.
7. Liability
Florenaux makes every effort to ensure the availability and quality of the content offered, without guaranteeing any specific outcome for users following the courses.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent Belgian courts shall have sole jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to use an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure (in particular via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform).
